The historic Town of Sykesville overlooks the Patapsco River and is located on the B&O Railway bordering both Howard and Carroll Counties. Don’t let the small size fool you, Sykesville has something for everyone – dining, shopping, model train displays, children’s train rides, restored B&O Train Station restaurant, the History Museum, the restored One-Room Schoolhouse, and many seasonal and special events throughout the year. The Downtown Sykesville Farmers' Market is located in the heart of our main street community on Sundays from 9am-1pm. Stroll by and check out our amazing vendors! The Sykesville Farmers Market runs every Sunday, 9:00am-1:00pm from May 14th to Oct 29th!
You can find a variety of fruits and vegetables, herbs, honey, cakes, nuts, beef, pork, poultry, eggs, cheese, baked goods, dog treats, jewelry, pickles, sangria, and more.The Farmers Market is located in the warehouse parking lot on Sandusky road.We have the Junior Market returning that is entirely operated by the kids!
